"Planting the magic beans"

 Here are the magic beans!

Fourth grade students were asked to write a paragraph about their magic beans...who, what, where and how did they acquire magic beans! Next, each planted their beans and will observe and write about what will happen over the next few days.
Day 3 the students found the dirt on top of thier beans was glittering...hmmmm...what will day 4 bring? Of course students are writing their observations and creating a story about these wonderful magic beans!

Whoops...not sure what happened here...More egg fun.  What happens when...
you puncture an egg that has been in red dye without it's shell?
Getting ready....this could get messy!

READ NIGHT 2012

Elementary teachers presented Fractured Fairytales, and within each session gave parents a quick lesson on parts of reading that are focused on throughout the grades and the year. Thanks to everyone for attending and teachers to putting on this great evening!
